I'd love to see these guys live!!
...Anthrax, Accept, Kreator, Malmsteen, ...
I've been praying for that my whole life. Literally. If they're not here by next year, i'm going to travel to see them. And then i would line up for days in anticipation
No, really i would
wow @ 1st post, you lucky
all my tix are on my 1 moshtix card which is getting kinda old now *dragonforce, bodom, gamma ray, etc* . Only ticket i had other than the moshtix one was for misfits and they took that off me at the door :'(
Those Moshtix cards suck... I love the old style tix, it's nice to have one when its a band you love.
So err ... does anyone have some to post?
I'll try to post some of mine tonight
Here are two more of my favourites. The Tea Party one as it was one of the best shows I have seen, and it was one of their last shows before breaking up, and the Pantera one, despite it not being an amazing show, I am glad to say I got the see Dimebag at least one.
I don't know what's harder to believe... Iron Maiden being the support act for LORD, or Iron Maiden actually having played in Australia...
I think I'm more inclined to believe the former is less likely to be a Photoshop job
this is most ive managed to keep. Anthrax tix are now 95% faded.
Excellent! Nice one
Here's a couple of mine
I saw them both on the following tours.
I wish i was a few years older, so i could have seen Pantera
You still could have gone. You would have been 14 when they last toured, which was the age I was when I started going to gigs. I assume the reasoning was more that you were listening to more mainstream stuff at the time though.
Posting on behalf of a mate.
For the record. My mate was born in 88. Thats metal. \m/
Nooo. I had over protective parents. I wasnt allowed to go to a concert alone will i was 16.
One of the old-school fuckers is gonna come on here sooner or later and own us all
I know man, thats what I'm waiting for. The odd person is going "oooh" at my Maiden ticket, but I tell ya, someone's gonna come here with a World Slavery Tour ticket and I'll end up having been ripped a new asshole LOL
Funny thing is that at that gig, Bruce said stuff like "Sorry we've been away so long!!!" etc, and then "We'll definitely be back for the next tour!".
Well I guess THAT part didnt work out! I feel very lucky that I got to see them on our home turf for what appears the last time. I feel the same way about the upcoming Megadeth show, it's going to be special for me.
