I seem to have lost my in-ears, so I need to get some new ones. I was using like a $100 pair from Etymotic. They did a pretty damn good job. Any other recommendations? I'm curious as to how the custom-fitted ones fare, and how much you've paid for them. Bonus if I can get in-ears as well as earplugs (for concerts, etc. I've never found any that fit) fitted from the same place.

I use EarSonics (http://www.earsonics.com). They're a French company and actually from my city. Best in-ears in the world (not cheap but as always in audio world, you get what you pay for) and amazing earplugs for concerts (EarPad)

I use some moulded ears with 15db and 10 db filters. Under 200 in aus. In ears ultimate ears.

I have Elacin's/Exinore's. I have compared them with my headphone while listening to music, and they do an incredibly good job.

Whats also great about them is that they are sold with an warranty (for 2 years). If you lose your earplugs, you get new ones.

I have a few pairs - my best are the Shure 310s - which are no longer in production. You can score a set on amazon.

I also have a new pair - that I got for around $25 - and they sound fantastic. Don't take my word for it - check here on headfi.org - great review: http://www.head-fi.org/t/453242/meelectronics-m6-review

BTW - the folks at Headfi have excellent information on just about every in-ear & headphone ever made. :)

I use the Shure SE425's that came with my PSM 900. My drummer had a lower end Shure model and recently switched to them and he says they sound much better.
