Oh neat. I always considered it the prelude to the actual solo (i.e. the classic Bjorn guitar wankery). In this case, yeah, Zombie Inc would make my Official List.

Sounds good but ends too soon and feels incomplete. Bold choice sir.

Dudes, I don’t even know if I’m going attempt this list. So many good solos. Iconic solos:

    Embody the Invisible
    December Flower
    The Hive
    Zombie Inc
    Artifacts of the Black Rain
    Suburban Me

if it’s on an IF album, it counts imo.

I tend to discount guest solos on the basis they don't play those solos (or often even those songs) live. They had quite a few guest solos in the early years - I guess because Jesper & Bjorn weren't comfortable doing them? I wish they'd have done that on SC and Battles as Bjorn was running on empty and created about 20 solos that almost all sounded identical and pointless.

From this perspective it looks kind of silly
This is a bit off topic but there's a short leadbreak in Black & White that starts out very promising and... then it just ends.

As for Insipid 2000, I believe the song was largely a mockery of all that Y2K scaremongering that was going around.

Yes, a taste of frustration to come.
