Moderately good review 3/5*
Here there is a review by one of the most important Spanish websites for metal. The album has 7.5/10. It's in Spanish, but basically it says that it's a very good album, but more black metal is needed and it has the same style as the last albums. It admits that the style is very interesting and it seems that the writer knows the band.
I consider the album deserves more than a 7.5 and, moreover, as I read the review, I believe that the writer should have rated it better, because he likes it.
so the style is interesting, but it needs more black metal? reviewers are gay
It says that it's a calm, melodic and experimental work, which is not a problem at all. However, the reviewer says that miss a couple of songs more oriented to Black Metal, for example. That's what he means. What I don't understand at all is why it has only a 7.5 when the reviewer doesn't find almost any problem to the album.
And another one! From The Onion!
yet another one:
There's a download link.
you can never trust The Onion, even for metal reviews hehe.
Two reviews from HeavyMetal.no - I know the guy who wrote the first one, but I had no idea he was such a big fan of post-Quintessence Borknagar.
