    I'd love to go to Tuska considering 99% of my favourite bands are Finnish

    If anyone is interested in see how the festival is set up, the draft running order is on the Wacken site - looks pretty good to me - none of my bands seem to clash! YAY!

    Judas Priest was to be Special Act for Wacken 2005

    but unfortunately, they've pulled out...

    Dear Metalheads,

    there were many speculations about our surprise act. The romur mill was blowing... Many of you thought of Judas Priest and they're right! Judas Priest was confirmed! This would be an absolute "hammer" for you and us, but sadly they had to call off, because they didn't get enough shows in Europe in August so it would did not make any sense for the band to fly over from USA to Europe. Luckily we did not published it!

    we're stuck with Machine Head now... oh well, 1 less band for me now PHEW!

    Seen Machine Head before but haven't seen Priest so I'd of rathered Priest especially now that Halford is back. But hey I can't complain, the line-up for both Wacken and Graspop is killer. Only 1 month to Graspop as well. Can't fucking wait. DREAM THEATER!!!!!!!!!!!

    I paid 79 Euros, but thats the pre-sale price... will be more expensive when you buy it at the festival itself...

    true, me too... but obviously the X-Mas tix were already sold out when I placed my order, so I paid 65 Euros for a normal ticket because it was supposed that the X-Mas tix were still available. Or something like that - fuck, can´t even write in english after 4 days festival right now, my brain seems to be damaged :D

    if the complete Wacken lineup was in Australia, it'd cost $790 :lol:

    @xpet
    excellent - any more festivals between now and Wacken for you?
