    Why not snag a UX2 and run that into another interface with S/Pdif?

    @ Loren. I'm looking for another UX8 as I already have one, but need one for live use. 8 in and 8 out with tone direct (very little latency)

    UX8's are really good. I had one and sold it and regret it now. Good luck...they are hard to find!

    I was under impression that USB 2.0 can process and record only 2 tracks at max.

    Oh HAIIIIIIIILL no. I have a US1800 that can record 16 tracks simultaneously on USB 2.0.
