I saw Uriah Heep at a sold-out show(around 400) last Friday in Sellersville Pa. I think Mick Box is the only original member, but they put on a fantastic show. They took a huge risk by playing most of their new album, as well as the "hits", but it seemed to go over real well. I had a great time, even got to take the wife (as my son had to cancel at the last minute). What is great about Sellersville Theater is that it is affiliated with a great restaurant and I could use dinner as a lure. She ended up having a great time and enjoying the band, plus I got a designated driver out of the deal.

Karmakanic - In a Perfect World

(Jonas Reingold is officially my favorite composer in The Flower Kings. Furthermore, Goran Edman must be taking amazing care of his voice! The fact a [prog]rock singer in his 50s sounds like this is nothing short of hugely impressive.)

    Arcane - Known/Found

(Ken strikes again! Amazing release, & easy album-of-the-year contender.)

Ray Luzier's drumming on that KXM album is fantastic!

Agreed. The team of Pinnick/Lynch/Luzier is great overall, creating one of the best hard rock albums I've heard in recent years.
