Got my CAPI VP26's home and built. They work, going to test them out at some point this week.

Got loads of new cables and connectors, been soldering like a bitch. Got Van Damme Cables and Neutrik XLR's/Jacks.

Also got a new neck for my Precision bass. Thinking about selling my Jazz bass now.

^Damn I didn't know the mini was available yet, I really want one to use with modelers. I figure it's small enough to live in the rack with them.

One of my Adams died (3rd set of monitors I've had that have developed faults - must be serially unlucky) - so got some HS7's.

Overall quite impressed, the definitely have a bit of a mid bump but I think the high end sounds more natural than the A7s. For £280 the pair they are definitely alright sounding for smaller room stuff.

Bought this on ebay, used but with warranty. Headshell has some damage but otherwise supposed to be fine. Looking forward!

Have only tried it in front of my Kemper so far but I am shocked... it actually seems to be really good.
