Nothing wrong with them. Just because they are not hardcore punk does not mean they are not good punk music because they are.

I won't probably post classics, because I am not an expert about Punk, but I can list some of the albums I like most (in no particular order):

Sex Pistols - Never Mind The Bollocks
Rancid - ... And Out Come The Wolves
    Offspring - Ignition
Discharge - Hear Nothing See Nothing Say Nothing
Tech-9 - Last Line Of Defense

Best list, by far! Though I prefer DRI's s/t over 'Dealing With It'. I might've also thrown in 'Plastic Surgery Disasters' as well. Otherwise, your list is perfect.

To be honest, I haven't really explored Dead Kennedys discovery.

Also, I prefer Dealing with It because they included more thrash elements in it over Dirty Rotten LP.

    But both are great.

There appears to be plenty of hardcore on these lists so I'm just gonna have to include it.

1.Bad Brains - Bad Brains (This is one of the best albums ever made, let alone punk)
    2.S.O.A. - No Policy
    3.Infest - Slave
4.Los Crudos - Discografia (kinda cheating but it'd take soooo long to find individual album names from splits, ep's, etc.)
5.Cro Mags - Age of Quarrel (some say it's crossover, I say it's the last real hardcore record before subgenres plagued the subgenre)
