The lack of decent avian vets around Sydney pisses me off greatly.
The only emergency / 24-7 vets all seem to be predominantly focused on dogs and cats. Anything else is a lucky dip with them.

got it all sorted because proved that they mislead me, so filled in the complaint form and faxed it off without hassle.
charges removed from bill quickly and no more issues about it.
