I'm not sure.

Personaly.. As Torches Rise is my favourite song.. and Battle Metal is my second.. but The Dnieper Rapids is my third... and i think after that, most of the songs from The Varagian Way beat songs from Battle Metal..

Theyre both merged too much to decide which is best.

"battle metal" and "one more" pretty much got me into folk metal but "to holmgard and beyond" sounds so good

I think from the new album, To Holmgård and Beyond is the most similar in style to the 'Battle Metal' album compared to the rest from The Varangian Way.

after my review, I now got the chance to do an (email) interview with Turisas.
