Sahti is a traditional Finnish dark ale made of a variety of grains. Waari can mean grandpa, but in this case probably closer to an old man.

I looked Saahti-Waari up in my booklet, there was a backgroundstory to the song, but not a direct translation. Because I doesn't understand finnish, could anybody speaking this language translate it for us?
