I can believe that the beer is better, but I've found some pretty serviceable stuff at Systembolaget. I'm from Wisconsin, which while I know that most people love to bitch about American beer, actually has excellent local beer, so I have to say that Sweden is really quite bad when it comes to beer.
Actually, funnily enough, I also tend to sort of like shorter, darker ladies and food from Mediterranean countries. I always joke that I didn't come to Sweden for the food, I came for the infrastructure! Though I am a big fan of semlor. :P

very wise, worth saving on the rather high shipping cost ![]() well it's the standard A2 size which is 42 × 59,4 cm. It's not the whole cd cover, but a cutout of the tree on the left, broken tree and the log and the stream, so that you don't see 2 trees on the right. |

Never been in that venue before, can't wait to find out what it's like, all I know so far is that it's a lot smaller than 013. |

Ah, good list. That Hypocrisy record was really disappointing, I thought, but other than that some good stuff.

i don't find it disappointing. i think it's weaker than virus, but still a strong album. i'm glad i've found the two ulvers, i had only nattens madrigal (and these 3 albums are the only ones i listen)

I usually listen to the electronic era the most, but I listen to them all. I really like all the albums, it all depends on the mood. If I feel folky/atmospheric I'd listen to Kveldssanger, but if I'm in the mood to "travel" I'd listen to "Perdition City".

^ Agreed, and I know exactly what you mean
![]() The first song on Bergtatt is amazing but the rest is kinda meh. If they're gonna play "Capitel I" live I'll go totally crazy Kveldssanger is pretty good actually but still very rarely gets a spin, and I don't dare to touch Nattens Madrigal for fear of making my ears bleed when I listen to it. |
