Why the hell is "Pursuit of the Sun & Allure of the Earth" OOP?

Hey Dave this is that guy from San Antonio who talked to you on the old boards!

Did I hear right that the CD is OOP? I got mine when it first came out so Im happy, but why did it go OOP? Will the same thing happen to Seasons? Looks like I may have to make some CDR backups and put the real shit away.
