Horse the Band - Themechanicalhand

Artist: Horse the Band
Title: Themechanicalhand
Release Date: 2005
Label: Koch Records

What the hell am I listening to? This is the question I wonder as I grab a tissue to stop the bleeding from my ears. This is described as Nintendo-based hardcore. My only question is why? Is there really a need for Super Mario Brothers theme music over this noise that I have heard eight million times over? This is just a mess. Another band I can see playing to an early morning crowd at Ozzfest of fuzzy headed mall rats. This type of band belongs in the 8am Ozzfest slot while bands like Arch Enemy, Children of Bodom, Behemoth, Dark Tranquility, Edguy, and Blind Guardian
belong on the main stage putting this type of hardcore/metal/Legend of Zelda noise to shame.
