Edge of Sanity - Crimson II
Sun Caged - s/t
John Arch - A Twist of Fate

These would be my top 3, I guess. I'd also add Metamorphosis but I have no idea if it's a new or re-worked album.

I only got three cd's actually released in 2003
It seems a lot of my favorite bands haven't released new things in a while or I still haven't had the money for the newest stuff

What I did get this past year that was new : CIIC - ST, Place Of Skulls - With Vision, Firebird - no. 3.

I'm waiting on the new year for ZH, Electric Wizard, Metalium (maybe), Orange Goblin and trying to get some stuff I missed this last year. The ZH rerelease, The Hidden Hand, The Lord Weird Slough Feg, others

Yeah, and the new Ayreon is coming! YES, YES! Star One, "Live From Earth" dvd came out this past year, that was cool. The new Ayreon, though - Michael Akerfeldt, Devin Townsend, James La Brie, and many others, so cool.

Her is a list of some of mine, not in order of preference as that changes week to week.
Chain Reconstructioin
Dream Theater Train of thought
Gordian Knot Emergent
Zero Hour Methamorphosis (yes I know it is a rerelease, but it sounds a lot better than the original and the few extra bonus tracks help as well)

Have a great New Year
