Been chillin' to two Riverside albums (Out of Myself and Second Life Syndrome) in preparation for next year's PP. A bit mellow at first, but now I'm getting into them after repeated listens.
I've also been enjoying the Darkwater disk quite a bit. I also purchased Pathosray at PP (on Ken's recommendation) and that sounds pretty good too, but will take more time to catch. Of course, ZH is a given at any time. Gotta get my dose of these guys! My 9 y/o son, Jason, still listens to Specs... EVERY night!!! He is also interested in playing bass. I'm expecting him to pick up a bass and start sweeping arpeggios with the little tap at the end any day!  |
