Trying to convince my dude to opt for this two bedroom apartment. The 1br is about 768 square ft which is bigger than the other ones we've looked at but I really value a retreat for alone time. This being our first time living together, I don't wanna get sick of him or vice versa because we're inhabiting a shoe box together.

Plus side, we have found a complex we dig five minutes from the lake. Him being a boat mechanic and me loving fishing, its a find, decent price for either one. Plus we can hang shelves and landscape, paint the walls and shit, its single level. The two bedroom had a basement and an upstairs though goddamn I want it.
