Epica and Nightwish tour 3-4 times more than Kamelot, consistently. Also my other favorite band is Sonata Artica, and they tour waaay more than Kamelot ever did. So I don't think your statement is accurate at all.

I met Casey after the last show at Jaxx, him and the bassist Sean. They were both very cool dudes. No Khan appearance as usual. Thomas and Oliver later came out to say hi to us.

I totally agree, if Nightwish can do it so can Kamelot. Also they can do older songs again with a new singer. One of Kamelot's strengths is their live show which Khan is off on quite a bit. This whole thing is really shitty for the band no matter how you look at it though.
