You think a band like Iced Earth gets paid 80-100,000 grand per festival? Seriously?

That's true but that audience are the huge masses that only listen to what the Grammys tell them to listen to and therefore it makes the $$$$$$. Bottom line it's all about money dude. I highly doubt they give a shit about music at all.
