Very good album. But I have to be in the mood for it, due to the heavy orchestration running throughout. Also, there is a musical theme running throughout following the topic of "Strangers", say, similar to Neal Morse "Similitude...". A theme not similar sounding, but based on similar melodies...

This was in my top 5 for last year. it might have been top #3! I can't remember how high it ranks though I know it was definitely up there! Just an amazing double disc of goodness.

Fanboy here. Definitely not your typical fare. Still, the depth that this cd has is something to behold. It goes into my top 10 list as of now

The debut disc was mind blowingly unexpected. I guess based on where they're from, I didn't expect it to grab me. The new disc is a day 1 purchase.

This definitely makes my top of 2020 lists. Somewhere up towards the top of the list.

The sad thing is, Geoff Tate still,sounds good when the material he is singing is well written metal. I wish he would get back to it, because his voice on Avantasia has been solid
