    Can I get some recommendations for death and/or doom bands that have both clean and harsh vocals? :goggly: Sorry if there is already a thread about this, I did a search and found nothing.

    Death/Doom Bands?

    I am wondering if anyone can suggest some good bands that combine death and doom metal?? An example would be Novembers Doom. Sorry if there is already a topic about this.

    Death Penalty

    I would like to hear some thoughts on Capital Punishment. Personally I agree with reinstating the death penalty (although I know it will never happen). I think that if someone is convicted of a crime such as serial murders and are proven guilty without a doubt, that person should be put to...

    Story about how I got into Pagan's Mind

    Ok, this story starts out with Sonata Arctica. I am not a fan. i tried to be but they are just not my type of band. I bought "Unia", "Silence" and "Winterheart's Guild" and was crushingly disappointed with them. I gave my CDs to a friend who is a big SA fan. Now... this same friend told me...

    Torn = Not good

    I've read a lot of reviews of this album and I cannot figure out why so many people praise it so much. I listened to the full album 4 times all the way through and I cannot mention a standout track. The production quality is lacking and imo the vocals are lacking as well. I'm not writing...

    Not too growly, not too clean?

    Can anyone recommend some bands that have a singer whose voice is not too growly (death metal) and not too high (most power metal)? I am a big power metal fan, but the singers usually make me cringe.
