How would you go about tuning and processing? Currently I try to match both up as much as possible but I believe a different tone may help bring out a lot more clarity.

So I've had this rock band come in. They recorded a track at 150bpm but they wanna bring it down to 146bpm. I enabled elastic audio on all the tracks. However, when I bring down the tempo Pro Tools 9 does nothing. I tried this on some other sessions, it's the same shit. Nothing happens...
