Looks like the Amtrak option is $300-$400, however right NOW, USAirways is showing RT fares from PIT-MSP for Under $200 with tax if you can depart on the 8th, and return on the 12th. Delta has some under $300. They would both be worth investigating further.

I've used megabus between Chicago and Mpls., It's good! It is a good idea to fly in a day (or two) early because mid november is when the danger of the first blizzards become a factor. Weather delays are a bitch when it comes to airline bookings. :zombie: (not to freak you out or anything....)
