Lunch Baby spinach with halved grape tomatoes cooked in salt and olive oil. Salmon marinated in a mustard dill sauce, cooked in a little olive oil/some marinade poured on while cooking. Some cantaloupe.

I would recommend it if they are looking for something like that; but if they lift weights and you are looking for a present you really can't go wrong with getting them a big jug of protein powder. I got the MP Amino to test it out; so I can recommend it on flavor and such as a post workout...

Explain how this would 'horribly skew' the results? The have an assault rifle int heir house, an ACTUAL assault rifle int his case (ie: fully automatic) until they are discharged from military service; at which point they can have it converted to semi-automatic and keep it as civilians...

Read more of the wikipedia; you don't need ANY kind of permit to purchase a semi-automatic rifle if you are Swiss and over 18.

They don't already have millions and millions of guns. Also; comparing ourselves to other countries is never going to work. If it was that easy we could just look to Switzerland and the argument would be over.
