    Anyone seen Stryper live?

Because he's not just a drummer, he's a "visual timekeeper." Whatever that means.

    Song Help!

I have a friend trying to find a song from years ago. It's an instrumental in the area of Uli John Roth/Yngwie and the end of the song contains a short spoken word portion with the word "Pegasus." It's not the Roth song or the Allman Bros. song. I'm stumped!

I'll probably get shredded for this, but I really like the first Damn Yankees record.

    Worst album cover ever?

Nothing really metal, but I was reminded of a email forward I got years ago. Enjoy. http://salamitsunami.com/archives/91

    Black Country Communion

For those not completely opposed to Eddie Truck, they will be interviewed and a pre-recorded live performance will be played on his Sirius/XM show tonight. It's actually on now and runs until 9 central time.

Looking for lost rock gem: Garfield's Private Affair

I have that song and one or two others. I'll send it to you. That song is like a time machine for me. That and Crystal Butterfly by Killer remind me of listening to Joe Anthony on 99.5 in the evenings. I may have to dig out an old Legs Diamond album while I'm at it.

    Coolest Music Collectables You Own.

I only add this because I haven't seen them mentioned on here, but I have an autographed ZROCK bumper sticker signed by the Nothin' But Trouble lineup of Blue Murder.

    Now Reading...

Very interesting, yet disturbing, view of the life of a German WWII sniper on the eastern front during the final months of the war. The descriptions of his experiences make Saving Private Ryan look like Hogan's Heroes. Having said that, it never seems gratuitous but is stated very...

    Pro Wrestling fans

When the Von Erich/Freebird rivalry heats up again, give me a call. I lost interest after that. The Von Erichs are all dead so in the long run, I guess we know who the ultimate champions were.

    10 Random songs

I did one last night. Luckily nothing too embarrassing popped up. 1. Motley Crue - Without You. OK, a little embarrassing. 2. Savatage - Back To A Reason. 3. Bruce Springsteen-Mary Queen of Arkansas. Far from my favorite Springsteen song, but not bad. 4. Freak Kitchen - Tiny Little...

    Best 80's guitar duos

If I remember correctly, Vandenberg didn't play any of the guitar on Slip of the Tongue either. He hurt his hand doing finger exercises so Vai played all of the guitar.

    Interesting AC/DC Article

Here's a link to an article about AC/DC's first American concert. It's a short read but interesting. A little Y&T mention at the end. http://www.austinchronicle.com/gyrobase/Issue/story?oid=oid%3A666442

    Olympic Metal

I happened to catch the US synchronized swimming team yesterday and they used part of Nightwish's "The Poet and the Pendulum" in their routine. Did I just admit to watching synchronized swimming?
