You can also check NEH Records they have it also. I have been spinning the new disc almost constantly for the past week. This is by far their best album IMO. Ralph sounds great and the music is awesome. I really like the way they mix in the orchestra on a lot of the songs. Plus the song Fighting...

Actually, there is no bonus track. I bought the Japanese version and I see that the one at NEH has the same track listing. The only thing different is the cover. The one at NEH has the band name above the demon head and on the Japanese version the band name is not on the cover at all. Heath
