Evil C has popped his RC cherry on some Anthrax and Opeth. Thankfully there's finally a published review now that mentions the MAIDEN'isms in Orchid.

I agree that Orchid has a bit of the Maiden influence, and also it wasn't until Blackwater Park that I got into the band. I had Morningrise for years and never really liked it.

Personally, I shipped my copy of already, so I never have to hear that shit EVER again!!

Listened to it a few times since reviewing it. I still like it, and it's creeping into my top 10. It's at least getting an honorable mention.

Did you see my short play in the Snus thread? I think Goatsblood did that to me. No, scratch that, I was already fucked in the head. Now I'm just able to express it overtly, thank you Goatsblood!
