good low budget master keyboard

I'm looking for a low budget master keyboard. low budget means 40-80€
I'm just needing it for drum programming, maybe later on some orchestra stuff for intros. I don't need often. Are there any good ones in that price area? Provided software is no criteria, it should have usb, "dynamic" (for different velocities) and normal sized keys and I'll use it with win cubase sx 3

+ how many octaves do I need?

MidiTech Control 25, we sell these in my store under the brand Carillon. They are rebadged M-Audio Oxygen 8's. Great build quality for next to no money.

You could get the CME U-Key 49 if you need more keys but this one will be perfect for what you need.

We can't ship outside of the UK anymore, UPS charges are too high. That one on Thomann is the exact same thing as we sell just we had our's made in black plastic instead of silver.

I thought i could use my keyboard for the intial feel for drum programming but it's really weird on a semi weighted board. I would suggest trying to get a pad of some sort.

I wish I would have gotten the Axiom rather then my 88es.

what do you think are the pros 'n cons and what pad is to be bought?
EDIT: just gave it a thought --> pads are unusable for some orchestra stuff I'm planning to do, but thanks anyway
