I hired Deron to host my website and to design my logo. After getting my feet wet and realizing I had no idea what I was doing I called him up. Now keep in mind that not only had he just had a baby, but he is not obligated to give me any tech support. Yet I kept him on the phone for over two hours! When I thanked him, his response was "you're a customer." Well he earned a vary loyal cusomer for that.
