VUIST
VUIST and bassplayer Ronald van Veen have decided to seperate. Musical differences made it impossible to continue. His replacement will be none other than Jeff van Putten, former and born again bassplayer of VUIST. Jeff has beaten his personal problems and is able to contrentrate on VUIST again! Together with Jeff, VUIST will enter the A.M. Studio (Gouda) mid February to record their part of the split-cd with Warmaster.
WARMASTER
Due to lack of time bassplayer Robert Rigter has decided to quit Warmaster. The bassparts for the upcoming split with VUIST are now played on recording by Rik.
After the recordings Warmaster will search for a new bassplayer as well as a 2nd guitarplayer. For upcoming live performances Warmaster has recruited Bob Kooger (Ordo Draconis, ex-Weltbrand) and Rudy de Pont (VUIST, Batter) as sessionmembers.
Progress recording split-cd VUIST/Warmaster
Warmaster has almost finished their part of the yet untitled split-cd with VUIST. Last week Rik layed down the basstracks and now Corné is recording the vocals at A.M. Studio (Gouda). Amongst others the following songs will appear on the split, Testimony of the Grave, Psychological Suffering.
Early February VUIST will record their part of the split at A.M. Studio (Gouda).
Some songtitles to appear on the split are Enigma in Ashes, Generation Panzerfaust, Manmade Madness.
The bands are negotiating with some labels to relase the split-cd. Estimate is to release the cd in April/May!
