Bet it's a dead power amp tube, and/or the internal fuse has blown.
I once used a program called wav fixer to get around this sort of thing.

Only the usual difference in I/O you can get going from System to system. 10-12 is no issue now, 12-10 can still cause one of two annoyances, but...
Not had any major issues transferring between the two on my latest project.
I've done it in the past. It is a MASSIVE ball ache to get the phase to match if tracking two cabs at the same time, so I have often re-amped...
