My guess is that the stage was covered in a think carpet, and that she wasn't using British slang.
Rime was 1st played by the 2nd line up in Nov 2002. It was also played by the 3rd and 4th line ups. It was never played by the complete 5th line...
I saw him play in New York in May 2001.
