Yella is fucking terrible.
Hopslam is good, but yeah it's overrated.
Ah they know better than that. Hell my dad got me that Ulver box set that just came out for Chirstmas.
Last year I got the following beers:...
Oh I've had the Dark Horizon too, but the second edition not the fourth. Excellent beer too.
I haven't had any Green Flash yet, he reported back to me that it was pretty damn good. Of the beers I got him I've had the Aventinus, Samichlaus,...
I did get this from my aunt for Christmas though :)
This is what I got my cousin for Christmas:
Brasserie De Brunehaut - http://www.beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/3461/92309/
I'd say the rating is about right. At 13% abv it's a touch stronger...
Had this on Christmas eve:
Founders Red Rye and Two Brother's Cane and Ebel are really easy to find.
I actually prefer the 8 over the 10, to both beers.
Abt 12 is one of the best.
Ah right, my apologies.
I think their beers are a touch on the sweet side.
It's not a porter, it's a quad.
That'd be something I'd like to try. What others would you recommend?
Well to throw it out there Traquair House Ale is both Scottish and a wee heavy, and of course very good.
I must try.
That's a good one too.
I think Old Chub is terrible, far too sweet. Actually there's not many Scotch ales I've enjoyed.
This is an exception:
Spotted Cow is such shit. I'd rather just drink a PBR, hell I might even take a Stella Artois over it.
I had the Warlock on draft at Fischman's...
