HP your dry signal. Cut sum low mids. Boost sum treble. And it will sound better then before,imo.

I think snare (errm, or drums) needs more low mids. Sum low freq are lack to my ears.
Mix with headphones is a wrong thing. Your mix still has sum problems: 1. Overcompressed (dynamic) 2. Very shrill, sharp. 3. No low end. (bass etc)
