    i listened to photosynthesis, i think this would be a lot better with drums personally. but in terms of the actual music its great really. the only thing holding it back is the production.

    I am one of the few listeners that does not want to listen to anything from a band I really enjoy before I hear the actual album.

    But if they have a sample out, that means that the album is close to release. The site now says that the album is coming out at the beginning of autumn.

    Now listening to Amorphis - Sampo, one of the best songs i heard in the past 5 years at least. "Silver Bride" is also great. Amorphis songs these days are more breathtaking than ever imo. Beatiful, heavy, melodic, progressive, dark, bright. I'm pretty sure that Katatonia will also sound better than ever this year. This is indeed a fantastic year for music fans.
