    Um metal is kinda defined by distorted electric guitar so no there is no such thing nor will there ever be all-acoustic metal. Are you asking for metal with a lot of acoustic passages maybe?

    Agalloch is the closest I can think of to what you're talking about. I don't even know if you can properly classify a band as metal with accoustics being dominant.

    Ghost Snake, even though Michael Hedges is a better artist than 100% of metal artists, dead or alive, doesn't mean its what the OP is looking for :(

    Serious post time. These guys have some good acoustic songs and judging from the OP's username I'm guessing you'd consider them metal.

    Ajattara has an all acoustic album, Noitumaa. Pretty heavy for acoustic.

    and "Empyrium - Where at night the wood grouse plays" is an awesome acoustic album (as recc'd to me recently by Einherjar)
