When I got For the Revolution in the mail, I noticed that the layout of the actual plastic casing looked and was shaped different than normal CD casings. Out of all the CD's I have...over 115, I dont' have a single CD with this kind of jewel casing. Does anyone else own albums like this, besides Kalmah's?

Yes - Rotten Sound's "Cycles", which arrived in the same package ;) Both my cases were a little broken, too. I don't think I like the cases - they're what Apple would design.

From that picture, I think that's the same case that Katatonia's live album has.

I really like that case design. It seems a little sturdier, especially at the hingers which always seem to break off on regular jewel cases. It also has a tab that you need to press to open the case and that helps prevent it from flinging open.

Also Lede's other band End Of You - Mimesis has one.
And the DVD of Sonata Arctica, but in dvd-size it's very uncomfortable to use and breaks up easily.

I also have a cd shaped like this, from a swedish industrial band called Necro Facility.
