Nice name btw Dark Soul. Oh and be careful not to get yourself killed out there, wouldn't want you going hollow.

Voivod - Dimension Hatross. Spotted it in a small CD store last week and had heard so much praise for it I immediately snagged. Have spun it about 10 times so far and am only now starting to wrap my head around it (in a good way). Psychic Vacuum stands as my current fave track.

Yeah that's my favourite Voivod album, by quite a bit.

I'd also recommend the album previous, Killing Technology - a bit rawer and more thrashy, but also great.

That is the ONLY reason anyone would ever say this bullshit about Linkin Park.

He just posted Satan - Court in the Act. I think he's better than most people on these boards already.

A great album is a great album. I like the music, so I listen to it. Age is irrelevant.

Exactly. Brandon gets pretty spiritual (for lack of a better word) when he sings and Jose is a fantastic drummer. I, however, lost interest after Light Grenades.

Never got around to checking it out until now because there seemed to be a rough consensus that this was weak and too thrashy and nothing compared to the S/T, but a few songs in I think I may have fallen for the trickery of posers.

They stole the evening when I saw them with Deafheaven, despite technical difficulties. Greg burns is a really cool dude too, I had a slice with him after their set.

I wish that Young Widows had played on the Great Plains leg of the Boris tour.
