I remember when I first saw the cover of that album as a kid and thought it was one of the coolest things I've ever seen. Still is.

    Symbol of Salvation :kickass:

Kinda like a less thrashy Show No Mercy, and great singer. Riffs aren't the best but I'm enjoying it more than usual right now.

EDIT: Oh and it's ranked the 666th best album from 1986 on RYM right now, that's coo'

Possibly one of the most underappreciated albums in metal history. Honestly, with tracks like Stricken by Fate, False Alarm, Take a Turn and Seducer, the opinion that this album is 70% filler is a load of crap to me.

I like you. Their entire discography is underrated. Great live band too.

March of the Saint definitely has some strong tunes. I tend to neglect most of their stuff aside from Symbol of Salvation because it's a little more plain-trad than USPM or speed metal-y, and doesn't quite have the swagger of a WASP either, but still good stuff. They were excellent when I saw them live with Metal Church.

This man's discography in the '90's is woefully overlooked as well.

These riffs are so far ahead of their time. Defines angular metal riffing.

This is some Jesus loving amazing shit. It's like if the dudes in Pagan Altar just jerked off to Jethro Tull and Thin Lizzy.

There is no post-80s power metal band greater than Light Bringer.
