I want a mix CD of Amon Amarth, and since I haven't listened to all their stuff, give me the BEST of the BEST in YOUR eyes (And nobody else's). The compilation has to fit on an 80 minute CD, so take careful pick :p

VICTORIOUS MARCH is their awesomest track to date.
    Then you got :
    Ride for Vengeance
    Death in Fire
    A Thousand Years of Oppression
    The Sound of Eight Hooves
    The Last With Pagan Blood
...And Soon the World Will Cease to be...
    Once Sealed in Blood

just to name the first that pop in my head...

I'm not naming any from their last two albums because every new fan knows them now (and its better to hint to older songs), and anyway I probably wouldn't know because I'm staying with the older stuff.

With so many great songs where do you start?.... Mine would be something like this....

    Fate Of Norns
    Where Silent Gods Stand Guard
    Asator
    Victorious March
    Pursuit Of Vikings
    Prediction Of Warfare
    1000 Years Of Oppression
    Embrace Of The Endless Ocean

    Runes To My Memory
    With Oden On Our Side
    Death In Fire
    Ancient Sign Of Coming Storm
Hermonds Ride To Hell - Loki's Treachery Pt 1

Trouble is I could probably make another 2 or 3 up with the ones I like!

    Cheers

Just start from Once Sent from the Golden Hall and go through all the albums from there. It's gotta be the best way to do it.

    Best guitar imo:

    Burning Creation
The Mighty Doors Of The Speargod's Hall
    Under The Grayclouded Winter Sky
    Tattered Banners and Bloody Flags
    Across The Rainbow Bridge

And imo the best in overal:

    Valhall Awaits Me
    Cry Of The Black Birds
    Amon Amarth
    Where Is Your God?

With this songs al together you get a pretty neat image of Amon Amarth.

Ow, I forgot, BLOODSHED. That song must contain the best dumsolo they have ever made.

I can't say they have a best song. I just looked at my iTunes and noticed 99% of their songs I had rated 5/5 and many have been played a hundred or more times. I own all their CDs. They can do no wrong. Asator might be the very best....
