Well, I suppose I am now biased but I've been using AmpliTube way longer than I have been with IK - including using Fender too. I do love the bass amp, but the high-gain amp sounds great too. I'm nowhere near the metal expert that many here are, but lots of folks are saying good things about it. I also reach for AmpliTube Metal for leads quite a bit more than most of the others.

Here's a review posted today, with a clip of the Metalhead: http://bit.ly/2tRpSl

If you have any questions let me know. Also, we're going to be upping the ante in the final moments of the promotion we've got going on so if anybody was looking at that you might want to give it a go.

    go here children  http://www.ultimatemetal.com/forum/andy-sneap-151/

guitar rig 4 sucks, amplitube fender is terrible for metal tones, amplitube metal requires a lot of compression to get a natural sound and its very grainy. you also have studo devil's amp, revalver mk2 and mk3, line 6 gearbox, pod farm and a bucket load of free vst amps - ask questions at that link to get the right answers
