    i sure find antimatter's music much more intriguing and believe it has more depth.

    I prefer Lights Out over AFDTE for instance. But I like AND better than Saviour.

    both bands remain kinda linked to each other for me, in a very subtle way (see how the guys cover Anathema songs -Dunc's ones...or not...- live) for instance.

    The Silent Enigma, is one of their best albums, maybe in the top 3 as a complete album. Captures the brilliant atmosphere that anathema is all about, been listening to it in me car lately, great driving music actually, especially a dying wish :)

    yeah but i understand when people say they dont get the old albums - its like two different worlds. like two different bands in my opinion, though much of the atmosphere around the songs are the same. damn i feel old.
