    of there own songs? like no doubt i love the new kalmah album but hear so many of the same melodies and leads everywhere, listen to with terminal intesnity and tell me thats not the same melodie as heroes to us

    you're not the first person to realise that, I said it before, that With Terminal Intensity's intro sound almost like Heroes To Us, but that's just one song man, besides, I like Heroes To Us its a kickass song. It's not a rip off!

    I thought Antti made Herous to Us, not Marco. So tell me, why couldn't you rip off someone's riff even if he is in the same band with you?

    The riff does sound similar, I have heard other bands use a reacurring riff on other albums.I don't mind it because its like the riff is reincarnated in a different manner.

    its called recycling riffs. i'm not a fan of recycling riffs. i still like kalmah though despite their albums sounding very similar to each other.

    Of cource I don't like rip offs, but it doesn't matter much to me if the music is still cool.
