All right! Let's share our favorite acoustic songs/versions from metal bands.

    Mine:

    1. Eyes of Time (Ayreon)
    2. The Beloved's Cry (Orphaned Land) (might actually be my favorite)
    3. Skalds and Shadows (Blind Guardian)
    What are yours?

Anything off of The Acoustic Verses by Green Carnation is awesome imo.

The Acoustic Verses has some really great songs, I agree.

But my favorite, by far, is King Diamond - Insanity. Also one of my favorite Instrumental songs. It's not acoustic the whole way through though.

WOAH! I can't believe I didn't think of that song! That's on my second favorite KD album, right behind the classic Abigail.

Yes, that one's awesome and so is the last track off House of God. I can't remember what it's called "Peace" or something like that.

I also love Harvest by Opeth.
