Wavering Radiant didn't really grab me yet, I will persist on it.
    Crack the Skye is ok.

Porcupine Tree - The Incident. The best album ever.

lol best albums of the year so far imo:

    mastodon - crack the skye
    hallucinogen - in dub: live
    bluetech - the divine invasion
    suffocation - blood oath
    devin townsend project - ki
minsk - with echoes in the movement of stone
napalm death - time waits for no slave
mournful congregation - the june frost
blut aus nord - mv2: dialogue with the stars
ava inferi - blood of bacchus

isis is still a colossal disappointment, and while mdb's new one was an improvement over "a line of deathless kings", it still can't hold a candle to gems like "songs of darkness, words of light", "the light at the end of the world" or "the angel and the dark river". anaal nathrakh's new one was fairly good too, but not top 10 worthy imo. same with god dethroned's new one

still awaiting the releases of moss, behemoth, ahab, skitliv, hopefully a new dso, etc.

You would probably like Dirty Projectors - Bitte Orca, I enjoyed it a little bit more than the new Grizzly Bear.

Listened to WR again and I can safely say that I’m completely loving this album, it just clicked and could be my favorite Isis so far. Really exciting song structures, the keys sound smooth and beautiful, the guitar work is pretty creative…everything just seems more diverse. Love it.
