They're all masterpieces, but if i had to pick one, i think i'd choose formulas fatal to the flesh. It's one of my favorite records of all times

Probably Covenant. Though I like both Domination (ooops!) and Gateways to Annihiliation alot. The first two albums are also kickass.

I'll take it one step further and rank them-
    1-Covenant
    2-Alters
    3-Formulas Fatal to the Flesh
    4-Domination
    5-Blessed
    6-Gateways/ Heretic
    7-Ilud

Actually, I dont consider the last a Morbid Angel album

I really am not certain if I prefer Altars of Madness or Blessed Are the Sick. I think that Covenant is a good album too but it lost some of the edge that the earlier ones had.

I'm tired of hearing these types of comments on the new album. Morbid Angel's message is about thinking for yourself, any fan would know that. They think for themselves and put out what they want, and they get shit for it. It's one thing to bash the album, which is fine, but bashing the entire band is foolish.

Yeah, and yet they don't play any of the "experimental" tracks Illud Divus Anus Shit live. They pretty much exclusively play Altars and Blessed tracks.
