The past few days, I have been listening to these guys a lot.

Also, from the live youtube videos, they seem just as good live as in studio, if not better.

    Some of my favorite songs.

Great band, my favorite albums definitely gotta Imaginations From the Other Side and Follow the Blind, which is a great speed metal album.

They've done quality stuff throughout their career, despite what some say here.

By far one of my favorite bands and yes they are just as good live as studio. I recommend for all Blind Guardian fans to pick up Imaginations Through the Looking Glass

Seriously, BG is a great band.

Anyone considering to know the band should try the albums Nightfall in Middle Earth and Somewhere Far Beyond, their most solid works. If I should point only one, it would be NIME, no doubts about it.

And yes, they're great live. Their live cd (double) is pretty good, as well as the DVD (Imaginations through the Looking Glass). Saw them in Sao Paulo last year, and it was an amazing gig.

Great band. Hansi Kursch is an awesome singer. The two albums Kursch did with Schaffer of Iced Earth are savage.

Demons and Wizards self titled and Touched by the Crimson King.

Terror Train is a sick ass song.

Batallion, Twilight, Somewhere & Imaginations for the motherfucking win :):):):):):p Most of their other stuff is less than stellar, most definitely. I never liked Nightfall very much... at all... It actually turned me off to them initially.

Follow the Blind, Battalions of Fear, Somewhere Far Beyond, Imaginations From the Other side and Nightfall in Middle Earth (Yes. I am changing my mind. Some of the songs are growing on me. Some still suck). Haven't really paid attention to them after these albums. Because these are all you need. Is it time to start posting chorus lines in massive fonts yet?
