Pretty energetic and pretty cool keyboard parts.. but the melodic parts with clean vox sound way too emo for my taste :(

I agree. still, it's better than most of the metal-core tripe coming out of america right now that dominates the airwaves. They're basically inflames, but with better heavy parts and worse emo parts :p

    Hello!

Johan Reinholdz here from Andromeda. "Damage Done" rules!!! ;--)
If you might be interested, I just wanted to let you know that Andromeda has a brandnew live-DVD out called "Playing off the Board" (Metal Mind Prod.).
It contains a full concert filmed at the mighty Slaski Theatre in Katowice, Poland, with songs from all three albums. Also included is bonus material: interviews, homevideo-stuff etc.

    More info: http://www.metalmind.com.pl/index.php?dzial=wydawnictwa&more=727

By the way, check out Niklas Sundin´s artwork on "Extension of the Wish", "Final Extension" and "Chimera"!

Surprised these guys haven't already been mentioned in truth. They're incredibly overlooked and rather immense. Easily stand shoulder to shoulder with gojira and scarve.

If anyone likes Black Metal and Folk Metal, you should give Aes Dana a spin. With their unique blend of Melodic Metal, Black Metal and a Gaulish sort of Folk Metal, they just don't disappoint.
