I was just curious, I am about to start work on the cover for a friends CD, but I don't know what the pixel dimensions required are. I know that I have done my two book covers and the publisher requires a very large file when the book is only 6x9. So if anyone could help me out, I would really appreciate it.

Also, if you would like to check out the books, you can here: http://www.goodpigbadpig.com

The covers are relatively simple since I am just beginning, but they serve their purpose! =)

    Feedback is welcome.

    Thanks,
    Ken

Go there, and it tells you all the exact dimensions for the full package (front, tray, back, etc.)
Now, make sure you make them all at 300 dpi (unless told differently). That should do it for yah.
    :D

Go there, that place tells you all the dimensions for all the different parts of the packaging (tray, back, front, etc.)
Now, I'm not sure if you are aware of this, but ALL designs that are going to be pritned, have to be made at 300 dpi (resolution).
Of course unless you are told otherwise.
That should do it for yah :D

    Sorry about the double post.
The first time I posted, and pressed reply, it told me that 'didn't follow a link to a page' or something? Like the thread was gone? I dunno, weird, so I had to re type it. Ah well, forgive me, please? hehe
